COST is an intergovernmental framework for European Cooperation in Science and Technology, allowing the coordination of nationally-funded research on a European level. COST contributes to reducing the fragmentation in European research investments and opening the European Research Area to cooperation worldwide. A new call has been published to support cooperation activities (e.g.dissemination activities) for research n the fields:

• Biomedicine and Molecural Bioscience;
• Chemistry and Molecural Sciences and Technologies;
• Earth System Science and Environmental Management;
• Food and Agriculture;
• Forests, their Products and Services;
• Individuals, Societies, Cultures ad Health;
• Information and Communication Technologies;
• Materials, Physical and Nonosciences;
• Transport and Urban Development;

The next deadline is 24 September 2010 at 17:00 Brussels time.
